Chapter 01
Early Life
Born in November 1986 into the family of Timothy Adenekan and Hannah Taiwo Ogunsola Adenekan. He grew up in Mushin, Lagos State, Nigeria, where he completed both his primary and secondary education.

Through the prophetic office in Christ, Prophet Oluwatosin Samuel Adenekan communicates the revelation of Christ to nations, territories, clans, languages, cultures, and systems—raising sons who host the Spirit and reveal the Kingdom of God on earth through prophetic demonstration of power.
He is married to Mrs. Elizabeth Tope Adenekan.

Chapter 02
Education
Obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Lagos State University (LASU).
Chapter 03
Supernatural Training
At about the age of eleven, he was trained in the supernatural by his biological father, Late Pa Timothy Adenekan, who taught him many principles concerning the supernatural life in Christ and how to manifest it.
Chapter 04
Prophetic Mentorship
At fourteen, he met his spiritual father, Prophet M. O. Ajibola, who further trained him in both the practical and theoretical dimensions of the prophetic ministry.
Chapter 05
Supernatural Manifestations
Through God's grace and the mentorship of both fathers, he began walking in healing the sick, opening blind eyes, raising the dead, deliverance, breaking spiritual barriers, teleportation, restoration of minds and other manifestations according to Mark 16:16–17.

Cross-Denominational Ministry
He has ministered in various churches and denominations including RCCG, Great Tabernacle Christian Church of God, Christ Apostolic Church (CAC), Life Changing Church, GOFAMINT, Life of God Church and many others.
Chapter 07
Honoring the Fathers
He honors the fathers of faith who made the prophetic ministry impactful — including Late Prophet Oyelami, Late Prophet Babajide, Late Prophet Olowere, Late Prophet Obadare, Late Prophet Akande and many others.
Chapter 08
New Life Generation Ministry — 2022
In 2022, God instructed him to begin an online prayer ministry with six people on Telegram known as New Life Generation Ministry (NLGM). The same year the Lord instructed him to establish the Supernatural School of Sons and the Supernatural School of Prophetic.
Chapter 09
Clash of Kingdoms — 2023
In 2023 the online prayer platform became known as Clash of Kingdoms Prayer Portal.
Chapter 10
Supernatural Sons Ministry — 2025
On June 12, 2025, the ministry was officially registered as Supernatural Sons Ministry.
